
Ingredients:
Boiled beans - 100 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Feta or Mozzarella Cheese - 50 g
Bread crumbs - 80 g
Coriander
Garlic
Yogurt - 50 g
Preparation:
Chop the tomatoes, grate the cheese, chop the garlic and coriander.
Mix all the ingredients with yogurt.
The salad can be prepared in advance and bread crumbs can be added when served. Enjoy!
