Yes, we have special programs for healthy and balanced muscle and weight gain. This includes a nutrition plan and additional support.

Our marathons are 10 or 21-day programs. They are suitable for anyone who wants to lose weight, tone up, or learn balanced eating. Daily tasks, recipes, and a support group are included.

Face Yoga activates facial muscles to prevent skin aging, increases blood circulation, and creates a natural lifting effect. It is possible to see results with just 15 minutes of daily exercises.

Our programs are primarily intended for individuals over the age of 18. However, for adolescents and children under 18, a program can be arranged with a personalized approach when parental supervision and consent is provided. In this case, the individual's health condition, growth process, and daily routine are specifically taken into account.

This program is designed to improve the condition of the skin both internally (through nutrition) and externally (through daily routine and masks). It is tailored to suit everyone's skin.
